Flew IFR to Renton Airport in visual conditions. ATC had me climb to 4000 and I got just above a scattered layer. Just missed a bunch of clouds but didn't actually get to go through them. Bummer. Shot the NDB 15 approach at Renton for a full stop landing. Taxied back, took off and headed to Auburn VFR. Did a touch and go at Auburn then flew back to Crest Airpark.
